How do I update my bank information?
These are the steps to update your bank information in your account on the Poppins website:
- Click on the Settings.
- Choose the Billing area.
- Click the Update button next to Payment Information.
You can then either link your bank through Plaid or enter the details manually! Click on Save and Continue once you have made the necessary changes.
You are not able to add a credit/debit card as a payment method, as we must have a bank account to pull taxes from.
Congratulations! Your payment method has been updated. This account will now be used for any future payroll, invoices, or tax withdrawals.
