Can I exclude FICA taxes for My Parent who watches my child?

A grandparent who is being paid to provide care for their grandchild is not required to pay FICA (Social Security and Medicare) taxes if their child/the parent is married.  You can find more information in IRS Publication 926.
Unfortunately, Poppins is not able to exclude these taxes from our calculations.  There may be other reasons to pay FICA, like to obtain eligibility for the Affordable Care Act.
