What is the Employee Cubby?
The Employee Cubby is a feature that is available to all employees who are paid through Poppins, whether they are current or previous employees!
It gives your employee a way to access their paystubs and W-2. Please note that your employee will not be able to edit their personal information from the Cubby.
When you first sign up with Poppins, we will email your employee to set up a Cubby! If your employee does not set up their Cubby at that time, please contact us, and we can send an invite to them!
On each payday, we will email your employee a copy of their paystub automatically, but it will also show up in their Cubby.
For any employee with an established Cubby, Poppins will email them directly once the W-2 is ready in January so they can download it! Please note that, ultimately, it is still the employer's responsibility to ensure the employee receives the W-2 before the deadline (typically January 31st of each year).
