When will Poppins collect taxes from me?

Payroll taxes will be debited on the first day after a quarter ends. Although it is debited the next day, most banks do not post the debit until the next business or bank day so you may not see it clear your bank until the 2nd or 3rd of the month.

Even though the IRS still calls them quarters, the IRS "quarters" are not equal calendar quarters. Additionally, state taxes are sometimes on different schedules as well. 

To see a schedule of the tax withdrawal dates, please follow these steps: 

1. Click on Taxes.
2. Click View next to Federal Taxes or State & Local Taxes.
3. At the top of the screen, there is a blue box that has a link to the tax schedule guide. There is also a handy calendar with the dates listed!
