Where can I get a copy of my 941?
Household employers do not file Form 940 or 941 like traditional revenue-generating small businesses.
If your Workers' Compensation company is doing an audit and requests a 940 or 941, please let them know that household employers do not file a 940 or 941. Instead, we make IRS 1040 estimated tax payments to the IRS for you, and then you file a Schedule H.
You can pull your employee's most recent paystub for a consolidated view of payroll as it shows year-to-date (YTD) totals.
If you need a specific date range of wages paid, you can pull an FSA Receipt by following these steps:
- Click on Payroll.
- Click on Generate FSA Receipt.
- Enter the search parameters that you need and click Generate.
- A PDF will download with the completed receipt!
You can access the previous year's Schedule H from the Documents area, under My Documents.
